Are we going to open up recruitment?
Its gotta be the only way forward.
We really need to think about whether we want to have any sort of age limit, although I dont think the maturity of players in Lotro is anywhere near as questionable as in WoW.

if we impose an age limit it should be at least 18+ if not even higher.
